• 10+ years of financial leadership experience
• Systems thinking with team leadership and process discipline
• Investor's mindset: zoom out to big picture and detail
• Entrepreneurial, high-energy, action-oriented in fast-moving environments
• Strong customer focus, curiosity, and comfort with uncertainty
• M&A experience is a plus
• Passionate leader and strong communicator
