📋 Description

• Define and drive the Group-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance model, and clear ownership
• Oversee cybersecurity risk, security architecture and operations, regulatory requirements, and

• 10–15 years of relevant cybersecurity or information security experience, including significant
• Strong track record across cybersecurity strategy, governance, enterprise risk, security
• Experience in complex corporate or larger mid-sized environments; manufacturing and shopfloor
• Strong executive stakeholder management combined with strategic thinking and a pragmatic, hands-on
• Relevant academic background; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, or GIAC are an
