📋 Description

• Define Indonesian cybersecurity and resilience strategy.
• Advise execs and board on security risks and regulatory obligations.
• Represent Binance with Indonesian regulators on cybersecurity and data protection.
• Lead programs aligned with POJK Cyber Security, Bappebti crypto rules, PDP Law.
• Oversee risk assessments, security architecture reviews, cyber risk reporting.
• Coordinate incident response, CSIRT, and regulatory breach notifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; based in Jakarta or relocate.
• Experience in a regulated Indonesian financial institution preferred.
• 6+ years in finance or related sector focusing on security and compliance.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional cybersecurity teams.
• Experience with OJK, Bappebti, PDP Law, Kominfo regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, cybersecurity, or related field; CISSP/CISM preferred.
