📋 Description

• Design and own the Investment Policy Statement and establish the 50/30/20 model portfolio framework
• Personally select and maintain the fund and ETF lineup using rigorous due-diligence criteria.
• Define portfolio allocation, rebalancing, and tax-loss-harvesting methodologies.
• Work directly with the existing 14-person engineering team to turn investment requirements into a
