• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, bringing perspective, analysis, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with C-suite executives on enterprise-level strategy
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex, ambiguous problems and drive them from initial
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leaders without
• Strong analytical and business judgment, including experience using financial, operational, and
