📋 Description

• Own the executive operating system; leadership syncs and planning cycles.
• Detect cross-functional misalignment early; route to leaders with 48-hour deadline.
• Enforce a single prioritization discipline; drive capacity allocation and roadmap forum.
• Interrogate timelines; push back when estimates do not hold up.
• Own planning architecture: quarterly cycles, OKR integrity, BizOps metrics.
• Own the CEO signal: weekly cross-functional report on hiring, onboarding, revenue by product, delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating in hypergrowth at Series C+
• Track record holding senior people accountable without positional authority
• Designed mechanisms from blank page and drove adoption under resistance
• Willingness to manage up; tell a CEO when they are the problem
• Deep product & engineering fluency; led product/engineering orgs or aligned to prioritization
• Experience through at least two scaling reorganizations
