Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the Managing Director and leadership
• Connect the Managing Director, Canada Leadership Team, Executive Team, Board, and organizational
• Project manage Canada's inputs into enterprise-level and global board or leadership reporting
• Manage the Managing Director's internal and external commitments, including Board and committee
• Support the development and execution of the Managing Director's annual work plan and
• Lead or provide oversight for selected high-priority initiatives, special projects, task forces

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, nonprofit management, public
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably spanning strategy execution, executive advisory
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills, with the ability to assess complex
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating complex information
• Experience developing and monitoring executive work plans, organizational priorities, dashboards
