• Lead high-impact projects; provide analyses and market insights.
• Translate executive decisions into ownership, timelines, and delivery.

• AI-fluent operator; leverage AI tools and agents to scale impact.
• Exceptional judgment with curiosity; strong problem solving.
• Analytical rigor from strategy consulting, IB, GTM, or founder's office; proven ownership.
• Highly organized and adaptable; manage multiple threads with clarity.
• Executive presence and credibility; communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Financial literacy; forecasts, models, board decks, cap tables; travel up to 25%.
