📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional business operations and strategic initiatives across U.S.-based
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving business operations, recruiting, stakeholder
• Develop, organize, and maintain onboarding, enablement, training, and communication materials for
• Support recruiting and hiring efforts.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, process alignment, and execution; assist leadership with strategic
• Translate high-level strategy into clear plans, timelines, and accountable owners.

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree or foreign equivalent in Technology, Business Administration, or related field and
• Experience in early-stage startups and cross-border environments; leading complex, cross-functional
• Experience with fintech, healthcare, or software/technology-driven business models; coordinating
• Up to 15% domestic and 15% international travel (approximately 1-2 times per quarter).

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $188,677-$207,544
