📋 Description

• Partner with the GM of Housing and functional leaders to define divisional priorities and roadmaps aligned to company strategy.
• Translate divisional goals into a clear operating system for cross-functional coordination.
• Own end-to-end strategic initiatives for the Housing division from problem definition to delivery of outcomes.
• Distill progress into executive-facing memos and facilitate review meetings for strategic decisions.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, navigating complex problems with clarity.
• Drive speed, productivity, and continuous process improvements across the division.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy/ops or Chief of Staff roles, including consulting or startups.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, energized by ambiguity and pace of 0-to-1 building.
• Exceptional thinker who moves from strategy to execution; fog sculpting.
• Collaborative operator who drives alignment through influence rather than authority.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and manages competing priorities.
• Strong bias for action with obsessive attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with concise, executive-ready narratives.
• Exceptionally quantitative with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
