📋 Description

• Partner with the GM Housing to define priorities and roadmaps.
• Translate divisional goals into a cross-functional operating system.
• Own end-to-end strategic initiatives for Housing from strategy to delivery.
• Distill progress into executive memos and drive review meetings.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders, navigating complex problems.
• Hybrid role: 3 days on-site per week at NY HQ; relocation possible.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Strategy/Operations or Chief of Staff, incl. consulting or startups.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and pace of 0-to-1.
• Exceptional conceptual thinker; moves from strategy to execution and clarifies problems.
• Collaborative operator; drives alignment through influence, not authority.
• Thrives in fast-paced env; remains composed under pressure.
• Strong bias for action; obsessive attention to detail and quality.
