📋 Description

• Define and execute global payments network strategy across licensed markets
• Build network architecture for domestic collection, local disbursement, settlement accounts, card
• Own P&L for payments network including pricing, partner economics, margin management
• Own roadmap for next-generation capabilities: stablecoin rails, programmable money, real-time
• Own operational accountability for network performance
• Own and grow banking relationships with financial institutions worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in global payments network functions
• Expertise in global payments infrastructure, licensing, correspondent banking, regulatory frameworks
• Building and managing institutional banking relationships
• Experience with stablecoin infrastructure, programmable payments, cross-border settlement
• Treasury risk management, intra-group funding, FX and interest rate hedging
• Background in fintech, payments infrastructure, or regulated global financial institution
