• Define and execute global payments network strategy across licensed markets
• Build network architecture for domestic collection, local disbursement, settlement accounts, card
• Own P&L for payments network: pricing, partner economics, margin management
• Own roadmap for next-gen capabilities: stablecoin rails, programmable money, real-time cross-border
• Own operational accountability for network performance and fixes
• Own and grow relationships with financial institutions worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years senior leadership in building/scaling global payments network functions
• Deep expertise in global payments infrastructure: licensing, correspondent banking, regulatory
• Proven track record building/managing institutional banking relationships
• Experience/forward-leaning view on stablecoin infrastructure, programmable payments, next-gen
• Hands-on expertise in treasury risk management, intra-group funding, FX and interest rate hedging
• Background in fintech, payments infrastructure, or regulated global financial institution
