Chief People Officer

📋 Description

• Serve as chief architect of talent strategy, culture, and employee experience
• Own all aspects of People function: talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent development
• Build and protect culture of high performance, accountability, and belonging
• Advise CEO and executive team on people implications of strategic decisions
• Lead team of ~18 with three direct reports
• Design and lead end-to-end talent lifecycle strategy

• Track record as trusted strategic advisor to CEOs, executive teams, and boards
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational design and enterprise-wide change
• Experience building and scaling people functions within large, complex, multi-site organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build workforce plans
• Empowering leadership style developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
