📋 Description

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business strategy, establish
• Lead and mentor Software Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams while
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top technical talent, establish engineering KPIs, and
• Partner with Product Management to define technical direction, deliver scalable SaaS solutions
• Define the organization’s AI strategy and identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into
• Ensure platform reliability, uptime, disaster recovery, business continuity, cybersecurity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of
• Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms and leading cloud migration, modernization
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps
• Demonstrated experience managing engineering budgets, developing technology roadmaps, establishing
• Experience integrating AI and machine learning into commercial software products is preferred
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, executive communication, organizational leadership
