📋 Description

• Own technical direction and engineering execution across the business
• Own the engineering delivery system: Global Platform, EPD Ops, release engineering, QA
• Own the engineering organisation: org design, career tracks, compensation architecture, hiring bar
• Own the engineering operating cadence: quarterly initiative planning, breakdown standard, scoreboard
• Turn AI-assisted engineering into throughput to production
• Decouple deploy from release with feature flags and trunk-based development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to diagnose and remove delivery bottlenecks across review, deployment, quality
• Genuine, current hands-on technical depth
• Direct experience with agentic delivery infrastructure: sandboxes, eval harnesses, deterministic
• Clear point of view on structuring engineering teams and ownership as they scale
• Track record of compressing timelines and resisting process for its own sake
• Experience building and developing a staff engineering or technical leadership layer
