Chief Trust & Treasury Officer — Digital Asset Custody

📋 Description

• Serve as Trust Officer and Treasurer, subject to applicable regulatory approval and required
• Oversee fund movements, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals.
• Oversee account reconciliations and help ensure client assets are safeguarded, accurately recorded
• Oversee bank accounts and treasury operations, including management of the balance sheet and
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Product, and senior leadership on regulatory
• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of custody, treasury, reconciliation

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital-asset custody, treasury
• Demonstrated experience with digital-asset custody and treasury operations; experience at a crypto
• Experience working with the OCC or a state banking regulator, or directly supporting a regulated
• Strong understanding of bank accounts, balance-sheet management, capital, liquidity
• Ability to be based in Chicago and work from the Chicago office as needed in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to pass required government background checks relating to financial condition and character.
