📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their
• Receive dedicated clinical supervision hours toward independent licensure
• Work onsite alongside an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain 28 completed direct care hours per week (full-time) or 17 completed direct care hours per
• Maintain core hours during peak evening/weekend periods (after 3:00 PM weekdays and/or weekends)
• Provide patient care with clinical supervision and administrative support provided by Blackbird

🎯 Requirements

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in VA (e.g., SiSW, LPC-R) working toward
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends
