Prepare civil site plans for self-storage, industrial, and multifamily projects in compliance with
Develop grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater, and utility plans from boundary surveys and
Perform drainage, detention/retention, and cut-and-fill calculations.
Apply value-engineering principles to reduce sitework and construction costs.
Prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with project estimating.
Create floor plans, building layouts, elevations, and basic renderings for mixed units in both

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years experience in civil engineering with a focus on site design, building plans, and
Demonstrated experience with grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; Civil 3D experience is preferred.
Familiarity with HydroCAD, StormCAD, or similar software is a plus.
Strong understanding of U.S. engineering standards and construction practices.
