📋 Description

• Investigate and evaluate insurance claims, analyzing liability, damages, coverage, and overall
• Develop and execute claim resolution strategies, including risk transfer, mediation, litigation
• Analyze policy language and coverage obligations and prepare written coverage determinations
• Establish and manage timely and accurate reserves
• Coordinate litigation by selecting and managing defense counsel and experts, reviewing pleadings
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic claim files

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience handling insurance claims
• Strong knowledge of claims management and coverage practices
• Experience with cyber exposures and/or general liability claims (preferred)
• Undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate
• Independent adjuster licenses
• Strong understanding of coverage analysis, liability assessment, damages evaluation, reserves
