📋 Description

• Analyze claims documents to assess coverage
• Communicate results to clients, brokers, and internal teams
• Maintain reserves for each claim in the claims tool
• Prepare indemnities for timely payment with proper delegation
• Support debt collection and potential legal actions when needed
• Monitor claim status and update records regularly

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law or Finance or related field
• Claims Adjuster license if required locally
• 1-2 years in similar role; credit insurance preferred
• Knowledge of business accounting and financial principles
• Local insolvency law and regulation
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication
