  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent certificate required; Bachelorโ€™s degree from four-year
  • Minimum of five years of prior claims adjusting experience at a workers' compensation carrier is
  • CA Self-Insurance Administrator's (SIP) Certification required (upon hire).
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Completion of mandated training (and continuing education) requirements to adjust workers'
