Class A Commercial Driver

📋 Description

• Safely operate company commercial motor vehicles on established routes to deliver and unload
• Perform yard duties such as shuttling tractors and trailers, repositioning trailers within the
• Unload dough trays and products using side or rear lift gates, transfer dough to dollies, and
• Verify dough, trailer, and store cooler temperatures at each stop and ensure delivery accuracy
• Return empty trays, cages, and carts to the Supply Chain Center
• Reposition and secure remaining products, trays, and carts within the trailer after each delivery

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum six months of verifiable CMV driving experience; one year preferred
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement required
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical Certificate
• Must maintain eligibility to operate a company vehicle by meeting all MVR requirements

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: $30-31.70/hr based on experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence): $150 - $250
• Safety Bonus: $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus: 2% of annualized hourly rate
