🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in advertising sales and account management; beauty exp preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Comfortable with broad problems where data analysis evaluates factors.
• Knowledge of digital measurement, tracking basics, and mobile measurement partners.
• Tenacious, entrepreneurial approach to solving product/process/client challenges.
• Experience building relationships with external partners.
