📋 Description

• Produce new business with a defined set of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts.
• Oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts.
• Lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional
• Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager
• Work with other ServiceNow teams to develop solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes.
• Oversee growth of global accounts, including development and deployment of worldwide resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 10+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
• 5+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar
• Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT
• Experience exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team.
