📋 Description

• Audit current state of existing resources (API docs, help articles, learning center, in-product
• Create missing documentation and 'Customer 101' program material
• Deliver Alloy New Customer Enablement Program: scalable training and content for repeatable
• Structure material for self-paced learning from foundational to advanced, targeting key user
• Build Product Release Enablement Program: map what each client segment and persona needs to know
• Collect feedback after every release, rollout, and training; give Product, Design, and Delivery a

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer education, enablement, or training, including building a customer enablement
• Experience enabling customers on a technical, API-driven B2B SaaS product
• Strong live facilitation skills; run hands-on training sessions with customers
• Track record of tying enablement to measurable outcomes (ticket deflection, adoption, time to value)
• Experience influencing Product, Support, Delivery, and Marketing partners without direct authority
• Judgment to determine whether a customer problem needs content, training, or product fix; writing
