🎯 Requirements

Proven client engagement and communication lead experience.
Consulting or transformation experience in capital markets, especially post-trade, onboarding or
Design track record on large programmes, ownership of target operating models and quantitative
Ability to engage, advise and influence senior stakeholders; comfortable with ambiguous problems.
Fluent in German and English at professional working level.
