Client Finance Analyst I

📋 Description

• Assist with monthly project accounting and update financial trackers.
• Setup new projects in time and expense systems; verify signatures.
• Update project files for change orders, budgets, carve outs.
• Prepare client invoicing and follow up on past due invoices.
• Track project costs vs contracts and other direct costs.
• Update monthly GL reconciliations; collaborate with SG&A.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
