Client Growth Associate

📋 Description

• Own acquisition initiatives to target and convert high-value traders
• Cold source top-tier customers via outbound outreach (text, calls, DMs)
• Onboard new high-value traders and ensure they can trade from day one
• Reach out around major market events to keep traders engaged
• Reactivate dormant high-value traders with follow-up
• Identify expansion opportunities to grow wallet share

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in sales or related client-facing role
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound
• Results-oriented with focus on trading volume and retention
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organized and reliable; follow-through
• Experience in prediction markets, trading, or finance is a plus
