• Analyze healthcare cost, utilization, trend, engagement, financial, operational, and population
• Conduct complex ad hoc analyses by synthesizing large datasets and translating findings into clear
• Evaluate healthcare programs, clinical initiatives, engagement solutions, and other offerings to
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, benefit optimization, network improvement, and
• Perform network and utilization analyses to support client strategy and informed decision-making
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations aligned with client objectives, healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, consulting, or a
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting healthcare, financial, operational, population
• Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to clients, senior leaders, or
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities
