🎯 Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Employee Benefits experience, preferably supporting large and complex accounts
  • Hold and maintain the required state life and health license in accordance with applicable standards
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and
  • Comfortable learning and using agency, client management, and other technology platforms
  • Ability to work independently and accurately with high attention to detail and confidentiality
