Primary contact for executive stakeholders during onboarding.
Identify and mitigate roadblocks; coordinate with internal teams.
Partner with Success and Support for post-installation adoption.
Conduct configuration calls for multi-location operations.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Implementation on integrations.

🎯 Requirements

2–5 years in customer success or related roles.
Fintech or SaaS experience preferred.
Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business Admin; equivalent.
Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
Experience with Salesforce and data-driven reporting.
