Client Partner

📋 Description

• Build and maintain durable, trusted relationships with VP and C-level client stakeholders, becoming
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account strategies focused on long-term
• Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities by understanding client priorities and
• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivery across the portfolio, including commitments made to
• Own the commercial lifecycle, including statements of work, forecasting, margins, procurement
• Work closely with delivery leads, engineers, solution architects, and global teams to coordinate

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, strategic account management, or a
• Demonstrated track record of growing strategic accounts through strong client relationships and
• Strong business and technical competence, with the ability to understand executive-level business
• Proven experience owning the full commercial lifecycle, including SOWs, forecasting, margin
• Experience working with senior executive stakeholders and building credibility as a trusted
• Demonstrated success delivering AI-based solutions, cloud transformation initiatives involving AWS
