📋 Description

• Own and manage a designated portfolio/book of high-value brands and media agencies across Indonesia.
• Pitch and secure ad spend commitments for Pinterest Ads, consistently meeting or exceeding
• Identify new market opportunities, cold prospects, and underpenetrated categories (e.g., Beauty
• Build multi-threaded relationships with C-suite executives, Media Heads, and Brand Managers across
• Lead Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs), joint business planning (JBP), and pitch presentations tailored

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of digital advertising sales, media agency, or key account management experience within
• Strong understanding of performance and branding ad solutions, programmatic buying, attribution
• Existing, strong network of contacts across top media agency holding groups (e.g., WPP, Omnicom
• Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Direct experience working with social ad platforms (Pinterest, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google
• Proactive, goal-oriented hunter-builder mindset comfortable navigating fast-paced environments.
