📋 Description

• Provide an exceptional sales and service experience while supporting daily branch operations.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new team members as they build confidence in their
• Develop relationships with clients and community partners to build a strong consumer lending
• Participate in outbound calls and joint client appointments with the Branch Manager and business

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2+ years of experience as a banker, client relationship consultant, or in a sales role with
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and related business tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
