Client Relationship Manager

📋 Description

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of each client’s business model and funds flow in order to
• Support the onboarding process for key clients across a range of industries, including IT (software
• Manage and grow the existing client portfolio, ensuring long-term engagement and trust-based
• Advise clients on our products and payment rails, helping them optimize their payment account
• Collaborate with other departments to support client requests effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development or
• University degree or equivalent is considered beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management, and
• Experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs.
• Good communication in English is a must, proficiency in any other language is beneficial.
