Ensure readiness across data, pricing, strategy config, and client setup.
Monitor client connectivity, message quality, and trading behavior post-launch.
Track dependencies, blockers, readiness, and certification through go-live.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in electronic trading, liquidity provision, or client coverage.
Deep electronic trading knowledge incl. order lifecycle and clearing.
Proficient in Python for liquidity analysis.
Understanding of client flow quality, adverse selection, monetization.
Strong commercial instincts to engage trading/quant counterparts at clients.
Strong communicator across Dev, Infra, Compliance, BD, Onboarding, and clients.
