Client Services Associate

📋 Description

• Support and increasingly take ownership of client relationships throughout their lifecycle with
• Develop a strong understanding of assigned clients, their businesses, key stakeholders, current
• Build relationships with client contacts and serve as an increasingly independent point of contact
• Maintain visibility across ongoing client activity, proactively following up on open items
• Coordinate internally to ensure client questions and issues are addressed accurately and efficiently
• Identify potential relationship risks, additional client needs, or opportunities for expanded

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in client services, account management, financial services, indexing, asset
• Strong interest in financial markets and a desire to develop a deeper understanding of indices and
• Familiarity with ETFs and other financial products that use, reference, or track indices strongly
• Strong client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to interact
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects
