Client Services Associate

📋 Description

• Manage inbound/outbound client comms via email, chat, and phone.
• Primary contact for clients completing transfers (ACATs, 401K rollovers).
• Educate clients through the transfer process with clarity and empathy.
• Review, process, track, and follow up on transfers end-to-end.
• Maintain meticulous records of transfer and account activity.
• Partner with Titan wealth advisors to ensure seamless handoffs and unified client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years in financial services, client ops, or customer success.
• Self-awareness and adaptability for better outcomes.
• Genuine service mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Kustomer, HubSpot, Zendesk or similar tools.
• Licenses: SIE or Series 6/7/63/65/66 required.
