Client Services Coordinator, Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead field staff to deliver excellent home care and client service.
• Grow caseload through client, referral, and payor relationships.
• Schedule services and coordinate authorizations with clients and teams.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of field staff.
• Schedule coverage and manage call-outs for clients.
• Manage client and employee follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and goal-oriented track record.
• History of increasing responsibility with positive results.
• Prior supervisory experience highly desired.
• Home care, healthcare, recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred.
• Basic PC proficiency and strong written and verbal English.
