Client Services Coordinator, Home Care

📋 Description

• Develop and grow a caseload by building long-term relationships with clients, referral sources
• Handle incoming service inquiries, establish service agreements, and coordinate authorizations and
• Support recruitment of field staff by managing prospect inquiries, participating in recruitment
• Schedule appropriate field staff, coordinate services, manage call-outs, and maintain reliable
• Follow up with clients, families, and employees to ensure satisfaction and address questions or
• Document incidents, complaints, and key client or employee interactions and follow through on

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required or equivalent health care experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated track record of goal achievement.
• A history of taking on increasing responsibility with positive results and a strong desire to grow.
• Prior supervisory experience highly desired.
• Home care, health care, recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred.
• Basic PC proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
