Client Services Manager

📋 Description

• Manages, maintains, and grows internal and external customer relationships to increase revenue
• Directly supervise client services team and PMs
• Serves as a main point of contact for customers regarding compliance testing and resolutions to
• Manages relationship between the client services team and local or cross-location departments
• Addresses complex client issues in a professional and timely manner
• Promotes a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience (Required)
• 5+ years of experience in Laboratory, Technical, Business, Shipping, or Project Management
• 1+ years supervisory experience (Required)
• Advanced oral and written communications skills (Required)
• Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness (Required)
• Advanced English language skills (Required)
