🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Leadership in home care, pediatrics, or healthcare staffing preferred.
• Experience supervising, coaching, or developing employees.
• Experience managing caseloads, service lines, or office ops.
• Familiarity with healthcare ops systems, scheduling, and reporting.
• Eagerness to grow into broader office leadership.
