Client Services Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver Exceptional Service – Ensure clients receive outstanding home health care with compassion
• Manage & Coordinate Care – Oversee scheduling, client needs, and service coordination.
• Build Relationships – Develop strong connections with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and
• Grow & Expand – Manage and proactively increase your caseload to help more clients in need.
• Collaborate & Lead – Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field
• Monitor Performance – Oversee key metrics and ensure efficient fiscal management of your caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or medical office preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility & meet goals
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow
• Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus!)
