Client Services Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead delivery and coordination of client services.
• Grow caseload and manage ongoing case management.
• Build relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and partners.
• Schedule field staff by client needs and availability.
• Handle inquiries, establish service agreements, and assist with authorizations.
• Recruit and onboard field staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred or healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of goal achievement.
• Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility with positive results.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Healthcare, home care, or recruiting experience is a plus.
