📋 Description

• Lead coordination and delivery of client services.
• Ensure schedules are filled quickly and care is consistent.
• Build strong client and caregiver relationships.
• Collaborate with caregivers, clinical teams, and office staff.
• Support referrals, intakes, and ongoing case management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use key systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated record of goal achievement and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience growing and managing a caseload; at least one year.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Home care, health care, or recruiting experience is a plus.
