Client Services Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Coordinate compassionate, reliable Assistive Care services for clients throughout Kauai
• Lead field employees in providing excellent customer service and quality home care
• Support caseload growth and maintain client and referral-source relationships
• Manage staffing, ongoing case management, and office operations
• Develop long-term, trusting relationships with clients and families and communicate proactively
• Handle incoming service inquiries and accurately document referrals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four-year college degree required or equivalent healthcare experience
• Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building
• Demonstrated record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increasing responsibility
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Prior healthcare, home care, recruiting, staffing, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
