Client Services Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Manage an assigned caseload of Home Health clients and serve as a consistent resource for clients
• Coordinate client services, staffing, and schedules based on client needs, location, availability
• Schedule and support field employees, including registered nurses, LPNs, therapists, and other
• Monitor staffing coverage, attendance, call-outs, missed visits, schedule changes, and continuity
• Respond to client, family, caregiver, and field employee questions or concerns and coordinate
• Partner with Clinical Managers and office leadership to address changes in client condition

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, scheduling, client services, or another
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while responding to clients, families, and field
• Experience using computer systems for documentation, communication, scheduling, and record
• Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work full-time in a collaborative, office-based environment
