Client Services Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Coordinate client services and schedules, matching caregivers with client needs and availability
• Respond to questions and service changes from clients, families, and caregivers with care and
• Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and community organizations
• Support caregiver recruiting, onboarding, communication, recognition, and retention
• Monitor service quality and follow up on concerns, escalating clinical or safety matters to the
• Maintain accurate records and assist with payroll, billing, authorizations, and other office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond calmly when schedules or needs change
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field is
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
