Client Services Manager, Home Health

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day Home Health office operations and grow the caseload.
• Partner with office leadership to deliver Medicare-certified Home Health.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for clients and referral partners.
• Coordinate scheduling, care coordination, and clinician coverage.
• Onboard clients, handle service inquiries, and document referrals.
• Establish service expectations with clients, payors, and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree required or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare/home health, Medicare, client services, recruiting or scheduling exp.
• Strong sense of urgency, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, families, field staff, and partners.
